The Princess Grace Hospital in London is seeking an experienced ITU Sister or Charge Nurse (Band 7) to lead a nine-bed Level 3 ITU and coordinate safe, high‑quality care for complex surgical and medical patients. You’ll mentor staff, drive improvement, and work with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current experience in Level 2/3 ITU with shift leadership.
• Registered Nurse with NMC.
• 60 Critical Care Credits and advanced critical care knowledge.
• Advanced Life Support certification.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and develop teams while maintaining clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate safe, high‑quality care for critically ill patients.
• Provide expert clinical oversight for complex ITU pathways.
• Mentor and develop nursing colleagues to build a high-performing team.
• Drive quality improvement, audits and service development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
