Qualifications

  • Experience in complex maintenance environments.
  • Strong HVAC knowledge (AHUs, water systems, A/C, etc.).
  • AP Ventilation qualification (advantage).
  • Pipefitting experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Proactively maintain, repair, and inspect mechanical building services.
  • Lead on regulatory and HTM-compliant HVAC maintenance.
  • Complete PPM and reactive tasks across mechanical systems.
  • Support minor installations, upgrades, and fault-finding.
  • Participate in the callout rota (after qualifying period).

Lead Mechanical HVAC Engineer - Full-Time, Permanent

We’re seeking a skilled Lead Mechanical HVAC Engineer to join our team on a full-time (40 hrs/week) permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting critical healthcare environments while enjoying a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively maintain, repair and inspect mechanical building services
  • Lead on regulatory and HTM-compliant HVAC maintenance
  • Complete PPM and reactive tasks across AHUs, chilled/potable water systems, A/C units and more
  • Support minor installations, upgrades and fault-finding
  • Work collaboratively with a strong customer-focus
  • Participate in the callout rota (after qualifying period)
