A local government authority in Ebbw Vale is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to manage a team and support the delivery of its Workforce Strategy. Key responsibilities include providing HR advice on recruitment and complex employee relations, leading change projects, and collaborating with senior leaders. The ideal candidate will possess strategic change experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid knowledge of employment legislation. Access to a vehicle is required for this role.

As Lead HR Business Partner, you will manage a team and work closely with senior leaders in supporting the delivery of the Workforce Strategy and achieving our strategic priorities.
Leading and working as part of an effective team you will work collaboratively with senior leaders and front‑line managers across the organisation to support successful achievement of business objectives, coaching and enabling managers to effectively undertake their people management responsibilities.
