Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Delivery Manager in performance management.
• Monitor and review personal support plans within statutory timescales.
• Co-ordinate and manage a team of Home Support Workers.

Skills

Experience in social work, home support, or voluntary sector

Excellent organisation and leadership skills

Education

SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council
