Job summary

The Camp Manager at Ultimate Activity Camps is responsible for delivering our multi-activity holiday childcare programmes while ensuring the welfare and safety of all children on camp.

You will lead, motivate and support your staff team to create fun, structured camps that promote participation, care and development. You will liaise with parents, school representatives and Head Office to ensure all policies and procedures are followed, with sessions delivered to a high standard of care.

• Deliver multi-activity holiday childcare programmes, ensuring welfare and safety of children.
• Lead, motivate and support staff to create fun, structured camps that promote participation, care and development.
• Coordinate with parents, school representatives and Head Office to ensure policy compliance.
