• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in HGV maintenance.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Capacity to coach and support technicians.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow.

• Supervise a team of technicians to ensure timely and quality work.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the Volvo Service process.
• Maximize team performance through problem-solving and coaching.
• Maintain effective communication with CSR’s and Parts department.
