Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a growing renewable energy company to appoint a Field Based Service/Commissioning Engineer (Heat Pumps). The role covers the Midlands/Wales region from Northampton, with a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus van and training.

You will commission and service air source units, with progression and a strong training pathway. The ideal candidate has Plumbing & Heating expertise and hands‑on heat pump commissioning experience, a full driving licence and

Qualifications

• Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer with experience as a heat pump installer/commissioning engineer.
• Experience with Panasonic, Dalkin or Vaillant heat pump brands is preferred.
• Valid full driving license and willingness to travel within patch.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning heat pumps and ensuring system performance.
• Servicing and maintaining air source heat pumps W within patch.
• Covering Midlands / Wales with occasional stays away.

Field Based Service/Commissioning Engineer (Heat Pumps)

Northampton Field Based - Can be based Leicester, Coventry, Corby, Kettering, Milton Keynes (Fairly Local Patch)

£45,000 - £50,000 + Van + Training & Development + Progression + Holidays + Pension

Do you have previous experience commissioning heat pumps?

This company design and service various technologies in the renewable industry, including heat pumps, solar PV, heating and plumbing. They offer a comprehensive selection of sustainable heating and hot water solutions to both residential and commercial properties throughout the UK.

In this role you will you be behind of the commissioning of heat pumps. This is a great opportunity for a hands on engineer to work within a local patch offering technical development and progression.

The ideal candidate is from a Plumbing & Heating background and previous experience commissioning heat pumps.
