A leading technology firm in Oxford is seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer for UAV platform development. This role offers the chance to guide hardware through its lifecycle, engaging directly with the technology. Candidates should have extensive UAV knowledge and a hardware background. Hybrid working options are available, but the position is hands-on. SC clearance may be required, and British citizenship is preferred.

They need someone with a hardware platform background, who has extensive knowledge of UAV technology. Sensors, power supplies, boards and control systems will all be a part of the process, a full UAV basically!

The role is ideally based in Oxford, but they will consider people looking to work in Cambridge. They're open to hybrid working but this is hands on, hardware development, so you'll need to be around the technology.

The company have defence focused projects, meaning SC clearance will need to be obtained and ideally you will need to be a British citizen.
