Job summary

Grounds Care Group in Leicester and the surrounding areas is seeking a full-time Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our busy, friendly team. The role covers grass cutting, strimming, shrubs and hedge maintenance, leaf clearance, planting, turfing, gritting and snow clearance across multiple sites.

You will lead a small team, manage workloads, ensure quality, maintain machinery, and comply with RAMS and health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in Grounds Maintenance required.
• PA1/PA6 certificates required.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead a grounds maintenance team across sites.
• Oversee grass cutting, hedge maintenance, leaf clearance and turfing.
• Ensure RAMS and health & safety compliance.
• Plan workloads and site requirements.
• Maintain machinery and manage schedule.
