Job summary

A community-focused housing organization in Derry/Londonderry is seeking a Grounds Supervisor responsible for managing grounds maintenance tasks and supervising teams. Qualifications

• BTEC/NVQ level 2 Horticultural qualification and 2 years post qualification experience.
• Or 5 years paid employment in Horticultural/Grounds Maintenance role with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage grounds maintenance operatives.
• Ensure safety and security of maintenance storage units and equipment.
• Assist Senior Assets Officer in reviewing work programs.
