• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points) necessary.
• Experience within Social Housing is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager to achieve excellent team performance.
• Lead the team in all aspects of technical quality and safety.
• Investigation and resolution of complaint jobs.
• Engineer coaching where required.
• Provide technical support for engineers when necessary.

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Gas Engineer to join our growing Domestic Gas team.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the Area Manager to achieve excellent team performance
• Lead the team in all aspects of technical quality and safety
• Investigation and resolution of complaint jobs
• Engineer auditing where required
• Engineer coaching where required
• Investigation reporting where required
• Lead by example through excellent personal engineer performance
• Providing technical support for engineers when required
• Carry out task as set to you by Area Manager
• Any other duties as set to you by other Managers or Directors

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
