Job summary

A financial services company based in Northampton is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer III to lead the architecture and development of internal applications and web tools. This role is critical in mentoring developers, establishing engineering standards, and ensuring high-quality system delivery. Ideally, candidates will have over 5 years of experience in full-stack development, strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and hands-on AWS experience. The position offers a base salary between £60,000 and £70,000, plus an uncapped annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience in a commercial setting.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks like React.
• Advanced experience with Node.js and Python for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies, including Lambda, S3, and Redshift.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM customisation and integrations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CRM functionality and integrations within Zoho CRM.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
• Define and implement development standards, including CI/CD processes.
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Build and maintain scalable cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
