Up to £80,000 base + 20% bonus

Were partnering with a scaling SaaS enterprise undergoing a significant technology transformation and are looking to appoint a Lead Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping a core, revenue‑critical platform.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys setting engineering direction, raising standards, and leading by example while still remaining close to the code.

The Opportunity Youll join a highly capable product‑led engineering function working on enterprise‑grade, cloud‑native systems used at scale. The platform is actively evolving, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and long‑term maintainability.
