The candidate will collaborate with traders, a dedicated local developer, and the US Quant/Trading teams to drive technical delivery and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Senior Quant Developer or Front Office Strat with strong front-office markets knowledge.
• Experience in Fixed Income pricing and modelling.
• Credit experience valuable; Rates/Macro also considered.

Responsibilities

• Take senior ownership of the London capability, aligning with the trading desk.
• Develop and enhance pricing and modelling capabilities.
• Work with traders to translate business problems into quantitative/technical solutions.
• Increase automation across pricing and trading workflows.
• Provide technical direction and influence platform evolution.
• Coordinate with global Quant and Trading teams to align with the wider business.
