Job summary

Dex partners with leading financial tech firms to place a Lead Front-End Engineer who will own the front-end craft across the product and define patterns for AI-enabled interfaces. You will set rules for UI interactions and ensure quality scales with rapid growth.

You will mentor engineers, evaluate frameworks, and translate complex financial workflows into high-performance, scalable user experiences in London.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end fundamentals.
• Experience with multiple front-end frameworks.
• Proven performance optimization and bottleneck diagnosis.
• Excellent architecture and systems design judgment.
• Expert-level TypeScript experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize front-end architectural patterns and best practices across a full-stack engineering team.
