Job summary

W Talent are exclusively representing a well-established manufacturing company in the hunt for a Development / Formulation Chemist to join their NPD team. Based on site, you will lead formulation and product development across cleaning and household products.

You will work through concept, trials, scale-up and transfer to manufacturing, collaborating with Quality, Regulatory and Production. The role suits an experienced chemist with hands-on FMCG experience and a passion for continuous product

Qualifications

Experience in formulation and product development for cleaning or household products.
Experience taking products from concept through to commercialisation.
Strong knowledge of formulation chemistry and raw material functionality.
Experience with laboratory trials and product performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

Develop, formulate and optimise consumer cleaning products.
Lead formulation development from concept through to commercialisation.
Conduct laboratory trials, stability testing and product performance evaluations.
Support scale-up and transfer to manufacturing.
Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
Evaluate new raw materials and sustainable alternatives.
