Job summary

Qualifications

• Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise.
• Included on the GMC Specialist Register.
• Approved clinician status or able to achieve within three months.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to multidisciplinary team on Loxford Ward.
• Manage approximately 10 patients under the Waltham Forest Community Forensic Team.
• Conduct community supervision for patients discharged from inpatient service.

Skills

Knowledge of forensic psychiatry

Excellent clinical skills

Communication skills in English

Education

MB BS or equivalent medical qualification

MRCPsych or equivalent

Higher degree in medical education or clinical research
