Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Planner within Energy & Natural Resources to lead planning, forecasting and delay analysis across complex projects.

The role is site-based approximately 3 to 4 days per week to support site engagement, interface with contractors and project teams, and contribute to claims avoidance and scenario planning. You will develop and maintain the Shadow Baseline and forecast programme, providing independent planning analysis for client review.

Qualifications

• Senior professional Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling.
• Strong Primavera P6 experience with programme review and forecast development.
• Able to lead, influence and develop teams in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor and subcontractor programmes, progress updates and lookaheads.
• Develop and analyse the Shadow Baseline and forecast programme.
• Undertake scenario planning and what-if analysis to support decisions.
• Assess schedule impacts from change, trends and early warnings.
• Provide planning input into delay analysis, entitlement reviews and baselines.
• Prepare planning reports, narratives and client-facing material.
• Attend key site and planning meetings and escalate concerns.
