⚽️We are Hiring a Lead Development Coach! (Paid). NexAim Football is continuing to expand, and we are looking for a positive and development-focused Lead Coach to join our coaching team. This role is ideal for a student/graduate looking to break through the football coaching industry and perfect for someone passionate about youth development while confident in leading sessions with professionalism and energy. As our Lead Development Coach, you will take full responsibility for the development of your own group of young players. You’ll follow the NexAim Term Development Schedule to design structured, purposeful sessions and work with the same group each term — ensuring consistency, progress, and long-term development.

Role Details
  • Position: Lead Development Coach
  • Ages: 7–11
  • Location: Notting Hill
  • Session Days: Fridays 6-7PM & Sundays 9-11AM
  • Session Length: 1 hour
  • Pay: £20 per hour
  • Duration: Fixed-term coaching position running until July 2026; opportunities to continue beyond July may be available based on performance, commitment, and programme growth

Coaches who show strong performance and a positive impact will have opportunities for additional hours, increased responsibilities, and higher pay rates.

Responsibilities

Must-Have Requirements
  • FA Level 1 (Introduction to Coaching Football)
  • Strong experience working with young children.
  • Confident session leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, patient, and professional coaching attitude.
Desirable
  • UEFA C Licence, or working towards it.
  • Previous experience leading development groups.
