Job summary

Loughborough College Group is seeking a Primary First Aider and First Aid Training Coordinator to manage the on-call first aid team and coordinate essential training for students and staff. This role sits within the Health and Safety team and focuses on maintaining a strong safety culture across campus locations.

The successful candidate will lead training sessions, ensure up-to-date first aid knowledge, and support ongoing welfare and safety initiatives for staff and learners.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognised first aid qualification – minimum of 3-day emergency first aid at work.
• Be experienced working as a key first aider.
• Have an excellent level of knowledge and practical skills of administering first aid.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the on-call first aid team.
• Coordinating first aid training for the College.
• Supporting the Health and Safety team in ensuring we retain a culture of safety within the College.
