You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team, helping troubleshoot, problem-solve, and implement solutions to high standards. The Fire ICT Team focuses on the blue light elements of Fire and Rescue Service systems, including incident alerts, mobile data terminals on fire engines, communications via mobile phones, Airwave radios and Wi-Fi, and data systems used for monitoring performance. The team is based at Ipswich East Fire Station and supports equipment across thirty-five fire stations in Suffolk, including primary and secondary Fire Control locations.
