Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Financial Crime Data Lead in a hybrid Central London role. This strategic position leads the design and build of an enterprise-wide financial crime data platform supporting KYC, AML, monitoring and risk workflows.

You will steer data engineering, architecture, governance and AI-enabled data products across onboarding, screening and reporting systems, partnering with Compliance and Tech to deliver scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python experience relevant to financial crime data platforms.
• Commercial Snowflake experience or equivalent modern cloud data platform.
• Leadership background in Data Engineering, Data Architecture or Data Product roles.
• Experience building data pipelines and complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the Financial Crime data platform and canonical data model.
• Integrate data from onboarding, CRM, screening, monitoring and compliance systems.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies.
• Develop trusted datasets for KYC, AML, transaction monitoring and risk processes.
• Implement data quality, lineage, governance and reconciliation controls.
• Create MI and reporting solutions for alerts, investigations and risk trends.
• Support AI and automation initiatives with data products.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations and Tech to define data needs.
