Job summary

A leading global provider of integrated facilities management is seeking a Lead Contract Support in Warrington. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and business support. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting and invoicing. Strong finance experience is essential, and FM knowledge is advantageous. This position is site-based, working from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Overview

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Lead Contract Support to join the team located in Warrington. Reporting to the Account Director, the successful candidate is accountable to provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the account.

Responsibilities
  • Be the escalation point for Contract Support team.
  • Run weekly aged debt report's and liaise with the client to resolve any issues.
  • Complete month end reports for the finance manager.
  • Sit in on monthly billing meetings with the Account Director & AGM.
  • Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting.
  • Create/raise Extra Works jobs.
  • Create accurate Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
  • Regularly review and process supplier invoices.
  • Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin.
  • Run and review Profit & Loss reports monthly and influence P&L result.
  • Liaise closely with the site team and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, time sheets and holiday records.
  • To undertake the training of staff as and when required. Run regular training gap reports from training tracker.
  • Other duties as set by the Finance Lead.
