Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of security engineers.
• Conduct performance reviews and support training needs.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS preparation.
• Provide expert support in servicing and fault-finding of electronic security systems.
• Assist with network-based systems including fibre optic and LAN/WAN technologies.
• Act as a point of contact for key customers.
