Job summary

VGC is seeking 1-2 experienced Lead Cable Pullers to join the Hinkley Point C infrastructure project on a full-time basis. The position is based in Cannington, Bridgwater, with an ASAP start subject to BPSS Vetting.

The role involves 10-hour days on site, with nights and weekends uplifts, and offers holiday pay, pension and potential training opportunities. Salary pays £34.78 PAYE direct plus allowances.

Qualifications

• ECS Card required.
• SSSTS certification required.
• Safety Critical Medical (can be provided) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead cable pulling on the Hinkley Point C infrastructure project.

LEAD CABLE PULLER - Hinkley Point C

VGC Group are seeking 1-2no experienced Lead Cable Pullers to join a great team on an Infrastructure Project at Hinkley Point C. This contract is available to start ASAP subject to BPSS Vetting.

• Role: Lead Cable Pullers
• Location: Cannington, Bridgwater
• Salary: £34.78 PAYE Direct + holiday pay etc
• Allowances: Daily Lodge & Subsistence paid
• Uplifts: Nights = x 1.25 Weekends = x 1.5
• Hours: 10 hour days
• Contract: Full time
• Duration: 6 months+ for right candidates
• Benefits: Holiday Pay, pension, Possible training opportunities
• Experience: 2 years + Experience in cable pulling
