Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading test pilots and flight test personnel.
• Demonstrated expertise in flight test planning, execution, and analysis.
• Valid medical category for military fast jet operations.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing flight test teams for fast jet and RPAS platforms.
• Planning and executing flight test missions.
• Ensuring compliance with flight test procedures and safety protocols.

Skills

Military or civilian fast jet test pilot experience

Leadership in flight test operations

Knowledge of UK and international aviation regulations

Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams

Experience in developmental and certification flight testing

Education

Formal Class A qualification from a recognised test pilot school

Current CofC or equivalent on military fast jet

Current EASA/CAA CPL/IR with Class 1 Medical
