LexisNexis Legal & Professional in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Knowledge Lawyer – Family to shape the UK Family Practice Area strategy and lead a team of Knowledge Lawyers. Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience in Family law in England and Wales.
- Strong leadership and people management experience with a track record of developing teams.
- Commercial awareness including budgeting and financial management.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the UK Family Practice Area strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of Knowledge Lawyers.
- Create, maintain, and develop Family law content, including practice notes, precedents, checklists, and flowcharts.
- Contribute to current awareness services through updates, case analysis, and commentary.
- Drive customer engagement and usage of Lexis+ and Lexis+ Protégé practical content.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing to identify growth opportunities and go-to-market support.
- Leverage AI, analytics, and legal tech to enhance products and deliver customer value.
