Job summary

Hodge Hill Girls' School is seeking Lead Exam Invigilators to promote a supportive examination atmosphere. You will start, oversee, and finish examinations under the guidance of the Examinations Officer, assisting with venue preparation and paperwork while monitoring conduct and safeguarding requirements.

• Previous experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Able to read JCQ instructions and follow exam procedures.
• Willing to act as reader or scribe for students with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up exam rooms, posters, clocks, and prepare resources.
• Take completed attendance registers to Attendance Office.
• Read JCQ instructions at the start of each exam.
• Lead exam room setup for subsequent exams.
• Ensure proper supervision and maintain calm exam environment.
