Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Research Scientist (Statistician) to join the Evidence Synthesis and Decision Modelling team. You will collaborate with statisticians, health economists, and researchers on global projects supporting evidence generation, HTA, and decision-making for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

You will lead statistical analyses, design analytical approaches, and develop reproducible workflows in R.

Qualifications

• Background in statistics/biostatistics/epidemiology/health economics or data science.
• Experience planning, conducting, and reporting analyses for evidence synthesis and comparative effectiveness research.
• Strong statistical programming skills and reproducible analytical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver statistical analyses for evidence generation and healthcare decision-making projects.
• Design and implement fit-for-purpose analytical approaches addressing client objectives.
• Develop reproducible analytical workflows using R; interpret and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to methodological best practices.
• Contribute to publications, presentations, and proposals.
