Job summary

Referment is partnering with a market-leading specialist engineering and infrastructure contractor to appoint two Senior Estimators to join their expanding Pre-Construction team in London.

As a Senior Estimator, you will lead complex bids from enquiry through to successful contract award, chair bid meetings, and manage multidisciplinary estimating teams while building strong client and supply chain relationships on nationally significant infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading bid teams on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding for bids and tenders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid strategies alongside senior leadership.
• Chair bid meetings and lead multidisciplinary estimating teams.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Manage tender budgets, programmes and risk registers.
• Prepare commercial and technical submissions to a high standard.
• Lead tender settlements and project handovers.
• Mentor and develop junior estimators and bid professionals.
