Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of project execution experience in the energy and/or construction industries.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience in EPC/EPCI contract management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in contract management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Contracts Manager in implementing a project’s contractual/commercial strategy throughout project execution.
• Assist Project Contracts Manager in disseminating contract requirements within the project team.
• Identify critical or sensitive contractual issues and assist in resolving them.
• Develop effective working relationships with the Client team to ensure timely resolution of contractual issues.
• Support the change management process and lead change management meetings as needed.
• Assist in negotiations with Client and work towards timely resolution of change orders and amendments.
• Administer contractual correspondence to preserve McDermott’s contractual rights.
• Support the preparation of weekly/monthly project progress reports and risk management processes.
