Job summary

InHealth's community ENT service is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to lead nurse-led clinics, perform assessment, and manage ENT conditions autonomously across three sites in the Manchester area.

The role requires 1–2 years post-registration, nurse leadership within a multidisciplinary team, and willingness to learn naso-endoscopy and microsuction, with strong clinical decision making and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years post-registration experience.
• Nurse leadership experience within a multidisciplinary team.
• ENT clinical practice or willingness to learn naso-endoscopy and microsuction.
• Strong clinical decision making.
• Ability to support policy delivery and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead nurse-led ENT clinics with an HCA team.
• Perform microsuction and naso-endoscopy where trained.
• Develop and implement management plans and make autonomous decisions.
• Refer, admit and discharge patients from own caseload.
• Supply and use medications under Patient Group Directions.
• Provide health education and counselling.
• Mentor and train nurses and audiologists.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete referrals.
