nineDots.io in London is seeking a Lead Engineer to own the platform, work directly with the founder, and shape the engineering team as the business scales.

You’ll guide the Java Spring Boot microservices stack, drive architecture improvements for enterprise readiness, and partner with product to decide what to build next. This hands-on role involves coding, customer interaction, and eventually building out the engineering function with hiring and process design.

Qualifications

• Open banking/open finance experience in fintech.
• Strong backend engineering with Java Spring Boot.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and security.
• Willing to own technical decisions end-to-end.
