• Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and fix faults to keep critical systems running smoothly.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across all engineering activity.
• Manage CAFM data, reports, and call-out rota.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

We’re looking for a Lead Engineer to join our growing team in HMRC East Kilbride, Queensway House, Stewartsfield Way, East Kilbride, G79 1AA, to oversee maintenance operations at a prestigious client site. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a skilled team of HVAC and Electrical technicians

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong working knowledge of H&S and engineering standards
• Confident using CAFM and Microsoft Office tools
• Clear communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Driving licence required.
