Job summary

Palladium is seeking a Lead Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract to support the Business Manager in coaching the team and tracking performance against KPIs. The role will model high standards of quality, compliance, and caseload management while promoting continuous improvement across delivery teams.

The Lead Advisor will mentor Employment Advisors, review caseloads, and help identify development needs. Power BI will be used to monitor quality, and the post reports into the Business Manager.

The Restart programme offers enhanced support to Universal Credit claimants who have been out of work for at least 9 months to find jobs in their local area. Starting at the end of June 2021, it will benefit more than 1 million Universal Credit claimants who are expected to look for and be available for work but have no sustained learnings. The scheme will provide up to 12 months of tailored support for each participant. Palladium will work with employers, local government, and other partners to deliver tailored support for individuals.

Primary Duties and responsibilities:

• Support the Business Manager with tracking team performance and key performance indicators

Required Qualifications:

• Able to demonstrate consistent performance alongside quality and compliance. Ideally experience in a similar sector and of leading a team or having ownership of elements of a role / within a team.
• Experience in implementing new initiatives and managing these through to review / success
• High level of professional credibility and a sense of pride and integrity in driving tasks through to completion;
