Job summary

Anson Mccade is seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer for high-power and RF systems, based in Great Baddow with a hybrid onsite pattern. The role involves technical leadership across analogue/RF subsystems in defence, aerospace, and security contexts.

Lead Electronics Engineer (High-Power & RF Systems)

Our client is an advanced engineering and technology organisation delivering mission-critical electronics solutions in highly demanding environments, and is consistently recognised as a top employer for engineers in the UK.

As a Lead Electronics Engineer, you will play a senior technical role in the design and development of high-power electronic subsystems, working on next-generation technologies used in defence, aerospace, and security applications.

Based in Great Baddow with a hybrid working model (2-3 days onsite), this role offers the opportunity to act as a technical authority, guide delivery teams, and support the growth of advanced electronics capability within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Act as a technical lead for high-power and RF electronics development
  • Design and review analogue electronics for complex, real-world systems

  • Provide technical guidance across the full design and development lifecycle
