Lead Electrician (Renewable Energy) – Bristol

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Annual Discretional Bonus + Company Van + Door-To-Door Pay + Flextime + Career Progression + Internal + External Training

Are you a fully qualified Electrician looking to take the next step into a Leadership role within a rapidly growing Renewable Energy company? This role leads the company’s Solar department and involves working on a variety of projects throughout Bristol, with opportunities for progression and training.

The company has grown over the last 4 years, delivering services including Solar PV, Solar Battery, and Heat Pump systems. Benefits include a company van, door-to-door pay, annual discretionary bonus, flextime opportunities, and ongoing training.

In this role you will be responsible for the installation of Solar PV and Solar Battery systems, surveying and quotation of company projects, and acting as the primary point of contact for customers and clients. This is a senior position with full project delivery responsibilities; training is provided.

This role suits a fully qualified Electrician, preferably with Renewable Energy experience, who is seeking a Leadership role in a tight-knit, rapidly growing company with clear career progression and regular training opportunities.
