Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager for a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland. You will oversee the full electrical package—from design coordination and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning and handover—on multiple 48MW data centres across Espoo and Kirkkonummi.

Qualifications

• Preferred Electrical Engineering degree or relevant qualification.
• Electrical Package Management experience is desirable.
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or major construction experience highly desirable.
• Strong subcontractor and site management experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the electrical package from design through to commissioning.
• Lead electrical subcontractors, supervisors and site teams.
• Manage programme, costs, materials, labour and progress.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, client, consultants and engineering teams.
• Ensure strong QHSE performance across the package.
• Manage testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
• Produce progress and cost reports and monitor programme risks.
