3t Training Services are seeking a Lead Electrical Instructor to join our North Shields training facility. You will deliver theory and practical electrical training across approved awarding bodies and client requests, designing courses to meet requirements, and providing technical leadership across diverse scenarios.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver courses per 3t and accrediting body requirements.
• Support customers during course design and delivery.
• Obtain positive customer feedback against KPIs.
• Participate in CPD events and standardisation.
• Provide support to trainees and other instructors/assessors.
• Contribute to department growth through new courses and improvements.
• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety and the environment.

3t is currently looking to recruit a Lead Electrical Instructor in North Shields and Teesside, England.

Applicants must already have the unrestricted right to work in the UK. We are unable to provide visa support for this role.

This role is contracted at 40 hours per week. The standard working pattern will be 7.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

3t Training Services are seeking to appoint a Lead Electrical Instructor to work out of our North Shields training facility. The purpose of the role is to deliver high-quality training across approved awarding bodies and client specific requests. The successful candidate will be someone with a breadth of electrical knowledge who has the ability to design and deliver theory and practical electrical training. This opportunity is ideal for a dynamic electrical instructor who can apply their skills and knowledge to a range of scenarios depending on awarding body and client requirements.

• To provide support to trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate

Qualifications

• Level 3 Electrical qualification or above (Time Served Electrician)
• C&G Test and Inspect (C&G 2391-52)
• 5 Yrs+ post qualification experience
• Teaching and assessing qualification at level 3 or above (or willingness to work towards)

• LV experience of single and 3 phase systems on an industrial level
• Experience with wiring diagrams
• Experience of safe isolation processes in complex systems
• Demonstrate a calm and systematic approach

• Select and use the best method of communication to ensure understanding
• Advise and guide others
• Provide technical coaching / professional guidance, and assist in the development of others.

• CompEx Ex01-04 (in date or expired) – Must be willing to work towards
