You will be responsible for driving programme performance, coordinating interfaces across disciplines, and ensuring all electrical works meet design requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong leader who thrives in fast-paced, complex construction environments and is passionate about delivering world-class infrastructure.

  • Conduct inspections, walk‑downs, and quality reviews to verify compliance and project readiness.

  • Support the management and resolution of technical queries, design changes, and site challenges.

Programme, Planning & Coordination
  • Manage electrical work packages in line with project programmes and key milestones.

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and specialist services.

  • Monitor progress against programme and proactively identify risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.

  • Participate in project planning, coordination, and progress meetings.

  • Provide regular updates to project leadership on status, risks, and key deliverables.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover
  • Lead electrical testing and commissioning activities from system energisation through to final acceptance.

  • Support integrated systems testing (IST), client witnessing, and commissioning demonstrations.

  • Ensure all systems are tested, documented, and handed over in accordance with project requirements.

  • Coordinate defect resolution, punch‑list closure, and final handover activities.

  • Ensure QA/QC records, commissioning documentation, certificates, and as‑built information are completed accurately and on time.

Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Champion CTS's commitment to health, safety, and quality across all electrical activities.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations, electrical standards, and industry best practices.

  • Support safe systems of work, permit processes, isolation procedures, and energisation activities.
