Job summary

BCP Council is inviting a qualified and HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist to lead its Educational Psychology Service, guiding development as SEND reforms unfold and building collaboration frameworks with Experts at Hand and cluster approaches. You will drive strategic service delivery and professional excellence.

You will manage budgets, oversee commissioning, and foster partnerships with schools, Public Health, the NHS and wider SEND services, ensuring inclusion and early intervention

Qualifications

• Qualified and HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist with substantial leadership experience.
• Ability to build relationships across services and organisations.
• Experience leading through change and using data to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of financial and budget management.
• Commitment to reflective practice, inclusion and hearing voices of children, families.
