Job summary

Barclays in London is seeking an Enhanced Due Diligence Manager for Special Customer Types. You will oversee EDD reviews, engage with KYC and FinCrime teams, and present findings to High Risk Forums to support on-boarding, retention or exit decisions.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, NB-PSP experience and the ability to produce detailed, reportable memos for senior leadership and regulators. London-based with three anchor office days.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate investigations or compliance in financial services, consulting or public sector.
• Experience in Financial Crime Compliance, Complex, Intelligence driven reviews and Enhanced Due Diligence is desirable.
• Mandatory experience working with NB-PSPs and correspondent banking clients.
• Ability to read and assess transactional data.
• In-depth knowledge of UK regulatory regime and AML/Sanctions/ABC/CTF risks in a banking context.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EDD reviews and high-risk onboarding decisions for SCT clients.
• Produce detailed EDD memos and present findings at High Risk Forums.
• Engage with KYC, FinCrime and Coverage and other stakeholders to collect client information.
• Produce comprehensive reports and recommendations for management, Audit's regulator review.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Barclays policies.
