London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) is seeking a Nursery Room Manager for Hackney (E8) on a full-time basis. You will lead the room team, plan daily activities, and foster strong relationships with parents and the management team to ensure high-quality early years education.

Qualifications

• The right to work in the UK.
• Level 3 or above childcare qualification.
• Ability to lead a ratio bound team and build strong relationships.
• An ability to safeguard and protect children.
• To be positive, adaptable and friendly.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team in your room to create and plan daily activities to engage and teach the children.
• Work closely with the management team and parents building great relationships and practice.
• Be creative to suit how the children learn best within LEYF's teaching model.
