Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations for a growing client base. This fully remote role offers autonomy, with occasional client-site travel to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals.

You will manage all project phases, engage with stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants within a collaborative consultancy team. Strong tech-functional expertise and proven leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full lifecycle Dynamics 365 BC implementations.
• Proven stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Familiar with third-party integrations such as Continia and Jet Reports.
• Leadership or mentoring experience within a consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Manage all project phases from discovery to go-live.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and support team growth.
• Travel to client sites occasionally as required.
