• Experience in a hospitality team role such as server or supervisor.
• Ability to lead a team during busy service periods.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Understanding of compliance, cashing up, and health & safety is beneficial.
• Flexible, reliable, and eager to grow into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as keyholder and manage restaurant opening and closing.
• Lead service during shifts in the absence of GM or Assistant Manager.
• Maintain communication with managers during shift handovers.
• Motivate and guide the team during busy periods.
• Respond to guest feedback with professional and positive interaction.
