Job summary

Orbit Group is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the Digital Customer Experience strategy and the development of Orbit’s Customer Digital Portal and digital contact centre capabilities. The role sits in the Customer Strategy team and shapes how digital services are designed and delivered for more than 100,000 customers.

You will set vision, priorities and roadmaps, coordinating with Customer, Technology and external partners to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

Experienced in delivering customer-facing digital products within large organisations.
Proven track record in digital transformation from strategy to delivery.
Strong Agile delivery experience and backlog management.
Ability to translate customer insights into product design and roadmaps.
Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional delivery partners.
Experience in the Housing Association Sector.

Responsibilities

Define and own Orbit's Digital Customer Contact Strategy and product roadmap.
Lead the Customer Digital Portal and digital contact centre capabilities.
Prioritise product backlog, translate objectives into epics and user stories.
Use customer insight and data to drive design and improve journeys.
Coordinate across Customer, Technology, Transformation, Data and external partners.
Lead agile delivery including sprint planning and iterative improvements.
Ensure regulatory, data protection, accessibility and equality requirements are met.
Drive business readiness, adoption and change to BAU.
