London based startup BuzzHire is looking for a CTO / lead developer to oversee the technology that powers the website and mobile apps.

BuzzHire is a fast-growing, well-funded start‑up, revolutionising the temporary work industry. Through BuzzHire clients are matched with suitable, rated freelancers in the hospitality and delivery industries within minutes. Launched in August 2015, BuzzHire has a current team of 10 and looking to expand.

Your role as lead developer would involve working on the back end of the website, and the API used by our native apps, using Django & PostgreSQL.

You would also be responsible for coordinating other developers on the project, including native app developers and front end developers. Some of these developers may be offshore and would need to be managed remotely.

Finally, you would work directly alongside the CEO, an experienced and successful tech‑entrepreneur, to formulate technology strategy for the business.

• Version control: Git

You must be based in London or willing to relocate to London. Working from home is an option for certain days of the week, but not full‑time.

The package would include a competitive start‑up salary along with equity.
