Scott Logic is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to work closely with UK clients in delivering bespoke software solutions. You will engage in the full development lifecycle, solving complex problems in small, multidisciplinary teams while mentoring peers and taking ownership of major components.

The role emphasizes client-facing delivery, proactive learning, and collaboration, with flexibility for hybrid on-site and remote work across the UK.

Lead Software Engineer

We work with some of the UK’s biggest companies and government departments to provide a pragmatic approach to technology, delivering bespoke software solutions and expert advice.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role, offering the opportunity to be involved in the full development life cycle. You’ll typically work in small, tight-knit multidisciplinary teams, solving tough software problems. You’ll have the opportunity to further develop your career mentoring colleagues, advising our clients, and taking ownership of significant pieces of work.
