What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage the design process for complex components, assemblies, and systems, ensuring they align with manufacturing capabilities and company standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert for pressure vessel design, including material selection, stress analysis, and compliance with industry codes such as ASME and PED.
• Produce high-quality sheet metal and fabrication drawings, models, and documentation using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Collaborate closely with production teams and engineering staff to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and cost-effective.
• Develop and refine process flows and design procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy across projects.
• Provide engineering direction, lead design reviews, and mentor junior designers and drafters.

What You Will Bring:

• A strong background in engineering with proven experience in a lead or senior design role.
• Extensive hands‑on expertise in pressure vessel design and applicable industry standards.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
