Zental, a premium private dental group, is seeking an experienced Dental Nurse for our Barnet clinics. The role emphasizes chairside support with implant dentistry and sedation, leadership, and mentoring of nursing teams in a high-end private practice.

You will ensure exceptional infection control, maintain regulatory standards, and work closely with clinicians and management to deliver a seamless patient journey in a calm, spa-like environment.

Qualifications

• GDC registered Dental Nurse with 5+ years' experience.
• Extensive private or mixed practice experience.
• Experience in Implant dentistry.
• Strong infection control and compliance.
• Excellent communication and patient care.
• Calm, patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance to experienced clinicians.
• Oversee day-to-day nursing duties to ensure smooth, efficient clinical workflows.
• Maintain exemplary infection control standards and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians, Treatment Coordinators, and management to deliver a seamless patient journey.
